Soon To Come - ElementDiaz Omake Series
Anyway, an Omake series - or 'extra' - will be started up. They will range from behind-the-scenes to days off... And all of them won't have any effect on the original storylines! So they can be REALLY wacky! =D
Of course, omake ideas will be gladly accepted. =]

Sasu's Tale* Chapter One-
*****************************************
Chapter One
Closed Space
“Imooto, don’t be afraid. It’s all just a bad dream.” Ani-sama said as he pat me.
Yea, it’s just a dream. Just a dream.
Ani-sama then looked at me again. I gave him a smile, convincing him that I’m okay.
“It’s okay ani-sama. I’m fine.” I reassured him. His eyes still filled with concern. Then, he looked as if he wanted to ask something urgently, due to what I said earlier. I shook it quickly and push him out of the room, claiming that I’m really tired. Ani-sama just nodded and went off.
I went back to rest on my bed. This is all just a bad dream.
***************************
“Class, may I introduce a new student to our class.”
I look up to see a dark haired guy entering the class. All the girls started to blush while all the guys seem to stare at him with envy. His pace was fast and steady that it seems like he practically flew in front of the class.
“I’m Sho Kurai. I just came to live here not long ago and have yet to make friends.” He then smiled and continued, “I hope to gain more knowledge and make more friends here.” I stared at him for the longest time. I shrugged when he looked at me with the same eyes in my dreams. I shook my head then continued flipping my textbook. It’s nothing. Why would my new classmate stare at me like this? It’s not as if I’m the daughter of a really rich family. Or what? Lusting for power? Yea. Yea. Why not just say that everyone in the class has magical power.
Crazy me.
The home class teacher then placed Kurai at the last row while I turned to catch another glimpse of him. As he turned and sat on his desk, our eyes met. He gave me a smirk then focus back to class. I turned back immediately, and then shook my head. I must be imagining things but then I felt myself grabbing tightly to the side of my skirt. What was I so afraid of?
“Today we will be learn-…”
Silents.
I felt something stopped and looked to see everyone freezing in time. I stood up and continued looking. What’s happening?! Basic human instincts told me to run and I did as I was told but the class door shut itself up when I was in front of it. I gasped.
“Kaori Miyuki eh?” a voice came from behind.
I wanted to try opening the door and run to get help but curiosity got the better of me. I found myself turning to look behind slowly.
The short dark hairs which were flying immediately tell me who the person was.
Sho Kurai.
“Don’t be afraid my dear. Don’t you know where we are?” He asked as he touched the side of my cheek. I brushed it away. “Aren’t you going to burn me or fight with me?” He asked.
I turned to look at him and said, “I have no idea of whatever you are talking about.” “My dear, didn’t you dream of me yesterday night?” He said with a smirk.
I stared at him with shock. Fear and pain both came back into my mind. I fall on my legs as I remembered how painful it was. He laughed when he saw how much pain I was in.
“Let me tell you about it then. I see that Flare didn’t reach you fast enough huh?” He laughed. “This is what we called a closed space. Only people who are born with special skills or ability can walk in.” He snapped his fingers then continued, “You’re the guardian of fire and light. Since you’re not aware, it could only means that you are not awaken.” “W-what do you mean?” I asked, struggling with pain. “I’m created by the people of the dark side.” He answered. The beautiful stranger’s word then reappeared in my mind.
“Darkness is approaching.”
She was warning me about his guy, Sho Kurai. My dreams were true. It was real. I had something to do this with this fire and light thing.
“But it’s too bad you only knew now.” He sighed as he snapped his finger again. This time, I was surrounded with dark clouds that were sealing my movements. “The only price you have to pay is just your life.” He said with smirk while he gently uses a finger to lift my chin.
Then the class door burst open and I saw Popuri in front of me.
“Ah, The guardian of Earth and Air.” Kurai mumbled. “Let go of her!” Popuri shouted. I could see her hands trembling with fear as she shouted. Kurai laughed it off, “What are you going to do if I don’t?” Popuri then held out her gun and pointed it at Kurai, with her hands still trembling. I stared at Popuri, shocked.
“Yea? Try shooting it at me. I bet you don’t even dare to pull the trigger.” Kurai remarked. Popuri’s hand continued trembling. He was right. There’s no way she going to open fire.
“Bang!”
A bullet was shot, flying in the direction of Kurai. Yes! Nice job Popuri!
But then, Kurai was holding something between his index finger and his thumb. I stared in disbelief. How was that possible? Before Kurai could say anything in return, an arrow was shot through his shoulder.
“Kurai, what do you think you are doing?” a girl, holding a staff with a bandana on her head asked.
Kurai took out the arrow out by force as he turned back to the girl. “Well, well. Isn’t it the guardian of water and dark. Where’s the guardian of electric and ice?” He asked. The guardian of water and dark then gave him a smirk.
“Behind you!” Another voice came as she appeared behind Kurai. Kurai yelled in pain as he fell into his knees. Popuri and I stared at each other. Wondering what’s going on.
“You’re lucky today but the four of you would not be able to run next time.” Kurai warned as he vanished.
The two guardians then came towards Popuri and I. The guardian of water and dark disperse the dark clouds around me and helped me up. “I’m Yunamiko Popuri and she’s Kaori Miyuki. You guys are?” Popuri asked. “I’m Nakashima Aiko, the guardian of water and dark.” Aiko introduced as she gave us a smile. “I’m Yu. The guardian of electric and ice.” Yu continued.
I stared at them I shock. These kind of thing actually still existed.
“And we are here to hunt down Kurai and meet you.” Aiko said.

Sasu's Tale* Prologue- Creeping Darkness
Sort of like the high school version. =] I was suppose to be able to write and post in faster but sorry!!!
I know my stories might not be good but I've given my best to them. I even edited them alittle from the original "draft" I wrote. So I hope that you guys will enjoy. =D
Well, here goes!
Prologue
Creeping Darkness
Light.
A faint light shone into the dark place I was in. The light source then shone brighter and brighter. Then before I knew it, a figure of a human slowly appeared when the place was filled with light.
I stared at the figure which appeared to be a long haired woman with a weird tiara on her head. She walked towards me gracefully as her long hair flew gently. I eyed her with envy. How could such a beautiful person exist?
As she stood in front of me, she smiled at me. The most beautiful smile I had ever seen. She placed my hand together and held them. She felt warmer than most people doid but I wasn’t afraid of this stranger. Instead, I felt like I wanted her to tell me more.
And then, she finally spoke.
“Miyuki.”
I look up to her and answered, “Yes…?”
“Look into the mirror and tell me what you see.” She said and smiled again. As she pointed to the left, I turned to see our reflection. I had almost the same sort of tiara as the beautiful stranger and I was wearing the same dress as she wore.
I touched the tiara and traced its design. “What is this?”
“I’m the holder of the fire and light element and your guardian. You
But then the light started to fade and the stranger-woman started to fade as well.
“W-wait!” I exclaimed as I tried to reach out for her, with the crystals in my hands. There was still so much I wanted to ask!
As the light and the beautiful stranger faded into darkness, I felt someone shaking me. I was irritated with the shaking. Was it why everything is fading?
“Miyuki…!” But then I heard my name.
“Miyuki!!” The sound came again. “If you are not waking up, the teacher is going to kick you out.”
My eyes burst open.
Ouch.
I looked around to find myself in the classroom. Daydreaming; again. Someday, I’m sure to land myself in hot soup. I turned back with a grateful smile to thank Hana. She was used to my usual daydreaming and never failed to wake me up. Well, you can’t blame me for this right? I’m no good with listening to lectures or watching PowerPoint slides. They're like sleeping pills to me.
I looked at my science notes as I sketched out a rough idea of the crystals in my dream. What was that about? Fire and light crystals? Hm. Dreams are dreams. What was I thinking in the first place?
“Kaori Miyuki! What is a habitat?”
I stood up from my seat, shook my head and answered while taking a few glimpse of the notes.
I’m from a family which is famous for being the best assassins in town. Everyone in the family must start taking jobs from their 16th birthday. My mother didn’t want to force me to be one because she knew it wasn’t nice for a girl to start staining her hands with blood just at the age of 16. Well, in fact, no one might want me. That’s one of the factors that caused my mum to worry. My father doesn’t take jobs anymore but instead trains and teaches the new recruits. My brother, Ichiru, was like every average male in the family, taking job since 16. He’s 18 now and still rather protective of me.
***********************
The sound of bullet firing didn’t stop.
“Popuri?” I asked.
“Miyuki?” a voice answered back.
I nodded my head; that was sure to be Popuri. Yunamiko Popuri is her full name. I’ve known her since I was pretty young. Popuri loves to play around with guns. She trains at the basement of her house everyday since her parent bought her one in start of the year. She enjoys the idea of being a gunslinger, forever bringing different kind of guns and cannon wherever she goes. I used to be inspired by her idea but I know now it’s impossible. It was better for me to stick with what my family does best. Plus, I still remember what happened when Popuri passed her gun to me for me to try. For experience. I remembered clearly that I had pointed it at the target board but instead I found myself pointing the gun at a cushion near by and a big hole was made. “Oops.” I muttered when I saw the hole I made. From then, Popuri and I made it a point to remember that a gun would be really dangerous if I was the one holding it.
As usual, Popuri was still in her school uniform, practicing. I wondered how her teacher managed to miss the gun that was with her during the spot check.
I settled myself in a corner with the cushion I shot while waiting for Popuri to finish her practice. Weirdly enough, the dream came into my mind again. I shook my head and reminded myself that dreams are dreams. It can’t be real. Yet, a tiny part of me was hoping it was true. I then looked up to see Popuri staring at me.
“Are you okay?” She asked. Her voice was filled with concern.
“Yea, I’m just thinking of something. Don’t mind me. Continue with your training.” I assured her with a smile. Popuri shook her head, not satisfied by my answer. Well, I can’t lie well can I?
She placed her gun back and sat next to me. All of sudden, her eyebrows tilted and the side of her lips frowned. Now, she looked as if she was more distracted and troubled than I was. I patted her gently on her head, worried.
“Why? What’s wrong?” I asked.
She placed her hands on top of her head and mumbled, “I’m terrified. I’m afraid. Something tells me that something bad is coming. I’m scared.”
I patted her again. Popuri was always right about this. She had never been wrong before. When she expects something to happen then it will. As in, she was gifted with it. I soothed her. What could happen?
**********************************
Light.
It was that same light in my previous dream but this time I was in a much grander place. Like a palace hall. I look around, in search of the beautiful stranger.
“Miyuki…” Her voice echoed through the room. This time, her face was just as troubled and distracted as Popuri’s. She came towards me immediately, her eyebrows tilted.
“What’s wrong?” I asked.
“You must awaken soon my dear Miyuki.” She said as her warm hand was placed at my cheek, soothing me. “What’s wrong? Popuri must know something too right?” I asked. “Popuri... The Princess of earth and air. She is special. Just like you.” She answered.
“Why are the both of you so worried? What’s going to happen?” I asked. “Darkness is approaching.” She answered before everything started to fade again.
Darkness?
Before I knew it, I saw a pair of eyes staring at me. Lusting for power. He was staring at me with such creepy eyes. I shook in fear and then felt pangs of pain on my body. The eyes seemed to be happy about what they were seeing.
The pain.
No…
“Noo!!!” I shouted. Beads of sweat were rolling down my forehead. I looked around to see four armed creatures staring at me with strong intent to kill. I stared at each of them, fear overruling me. I wanted to scream but my throat was too dry to allow me to project any noise.
And then, ani-sama broke into my room. As soon as he was here, the creatures disappeared. He stared at me with concerned eyes. I was panting. I trembled.
Ichiru ani-sama then ran to me with his arms around me.
“Imooto, are you okay?” He asked, worried.
I couldn’t make out anything to answer him but three words while clinging to him.
“Darkness… is approaching…”
And that's all for now!
Sorry!!!

Shi's Tale ~ Chap 3 - Joining
~~
Darkness all around me...
Crying... Wails...
Where...? Where was I...?
The first thing I felt upon waking up was a splitting headache, then a wet cloth pressing on my forehead. My eyelids felt heavy, almost as if beseeching me to fall back into the clutches of slumber, but I forced my eyes open.
“AAAAH! TOO BRIGHT!!!”
I shut my eyes again as my mother lifted the wet cloth. “Aiko? Are you okay?” she asked worriedly, placing her hands on my eyes. Slowly, I opened one eye, then the other. “Ka – san, I’m fine. But it’s too bright...”
I pushed myself into a sitting position, blinking slowly to adapt to the degree of light. Where was I? Had I not been by the town port?
“You’re in your bedroom. You awoke your ability too fast, Ai. After that, you fainted.”
Nanashi was standing by my room door, glaring at me and looking every bit the part of a protective elder brother. Had I really fainted at the town port?
Then I remembered.
Oh.
I did.
Then, as my mother went out of the room to help the other clerics heal the injured, Nanashi exploded.
“WHAT THE HECK WERE YOU THINKING, AIKO?! YOU KNOW AWAKENING YOUR POWER BEFORE YOUR BIRTHDAY IS DANGEROUS!”
Nanashi had always been more of a parent figure than our parents. Ka – san had to work shifts at the hospital, while Tou – san, as head of the clan, managed the family difficulties. That gave them little time to spend with us. So Nanashi had always been looking out for us.
“Gomen, Nanashi, but that criminal was escaping! I just wanted to help...”
His eyes softened. Then he shrugged and exited the room, but not before telling me that three girls were looking for me.
Three girls?
Before I had a chance to think about it, the three girls themselves had burst into the room. It was Miyuki and the two other girls from before, the sniper and the gunslinger. “Ah! Aiko – chan, you’re awake! That’s a relief.” exclaimed the gunslinger, smiling happily. I remembered the explosion from before and stared nervously at the gun slung around her shoulders.
“Thanks for helping us catch Kondou Kazuma. Not that we needed help.” yawned the sniper. Once again, the explosion came to mind.
“Yu! Don’t be so rude! She risked her life just to help!”
“She had a choice, didn’t she? Geez, Puri.”
Why were they arguing in my room?
Miyuki seemed to notice my discomfort and hurriedly moved in to break up the fight. Upon realising that they were causing me to feel displaced, they immediately apologised and introduced themselves. The gunslinger was called Yunamiko Popuri and the sniper Yu. I asked Yu if that was her given name or her surname, but she glared at me and told me not to be nosy. Apparently, she preferred to remain mysterious.
Miyuki cleared her throat. “Um, if I may? Well, Yu, Popuri and I were thinking of forming a guild. I was wondering if you would like to join us?”
Join a guild? ME? For a moment, I thought she was joking. But the looks on their faces were completely serious. And when I say serious, I mean it.
But why would they ask me? A future cleric of the water who had not come of age and fainted upon activating her gift?
“Back at the port, before you fainted, you started to emanate a darkish-blue aura. Then you passed out and none of us could go near you. Your aura started casting dark blue orbs at whoever got too near. We think that all of us have something like that, just that we can’t awaken and control them. Our guild will focus on trying to unlock that aura.” Popuri explained with a smile.
“And catching the bad guys, of course.” added Yu.
I had started emanating a dark blue aura? And that aura had cast spell orbs at people? “Are you guys pulling my leg about the aura part?” I asked incredulously, raising an eyebrow.
“We are perfectly serious, Aiko – chan. So, will you join us?” asked Miyuki.
I contemplated it for a while. If I really did have an aura that strong, then maybe I wasn’t so weak, after all. Maybe if I trained in a guild, my Mag. Power would strengthen. Maybe...
“I’m in.”

Phew...
